Careless STD Bank Vehicle Insurance awaiting communication for 2 months

I had an accident on the 28th March 2021, On the 30th March I was issued a courtesy for 30 days which was required to be returned on the 30th April. I was left car-less till date. For the full 30 days I was contacted by STD Bank internal claim assessor called on the 10th April 2021 with regards my vehicle claim, we scheduled an appointment with him that he will come to my work place in jhb south for the 14th April 2021. I made follow up since he never should up on the date scheduled......... Fast forward........ I received an sms (Friday 14th May 2021) that the claim was authorised and admin final processing on the claim....... I again made follow up today 19th May 2021 only to be told that "didn't I receive an email with the documents that needs to be signed and posted", WoW if i didn't call how would have i known this....... Till date I haven't received anything or any form of communication. This has been the worst experience ever with an insurance, thinking that all my vehicles, household, cheque card, savings and credit card is with STD Bank....... Its time I close them and look for a professional financial institution
