Car to be fixed

On the 26 Jan 2018 i had a car accident and my car was towed to a nearby panelbeater who according to their brochure they work with standard bank insurance and the consultant by the name of Tebogo said they'll move the car on Monday if the Panelbeating company is not on their list. On the 2nd Feb they authorised that the car be fixed by another Panelbeating company in they told me that they'll tow the car to that company. Until today, its the 4th week now my car is still at the 1st panelbeating company. I phoned them everyday to check what's happening but the tell me that they have arranged towing services and others consultants told me that the matter of my car has been escalated but nothing is happening. The courtesy car days will be over by next week Tuesday and my car still not fixed and I wonder if they'll leave me stranded without a car or will they add more days for the courtesy car until my car is fixed because really this is not my problem. I'm very disappointed at this service I remember my previous car insurance I never had such a service.
