Car not repaired
I submitted a claim to Standard Bank Insurance on the 13 December 2019 for repairs to my vehicle and up till today my vehicle has not been repaired. That's 37 days later and I have not been contacted by a repair shop in Durban and my vehicle has not been repaired. Standard Bank allocates a Gauteng repair shop to repair my vehicle while I am in Durban . The claim has been authorized but my vehicle has not been repaired.

21 Jan 2020, 18:40After posting this complaint I received a call from Terral Kisten from Standard Bank complaints division , who acknowledged my complaint and promised to investigate the reasons for the delays. Later on in the day I received a sms from the authorised repairer stating that they have ordered the parts for my vehicle and would notify me once the parts have arrived . Thank you Terral .The question is - why do we have to resort to posting our complaints on social media before our voices and screams can be heard ? Why can't Standard Bank offer good service first time around?
