Car insurance notice of cancellation

Have been phoning to give notice to cancel the car insurance, because they decided to increase on renewal. I will hold the phone forever until it’s dropped on their side. This has been happening since 01/11/2024. How am I going to give them notice to cancel if no one is picking up the phone? Please do better
