Car Insurance double deduction

I have a car insured and financed by Standard Bank. They made double deductions as from February this year 2024 up to now October. I was not aware the car insurance is included in my instalments. I discovered and phoned them. A lady by the Name Nompumelelo Nkabinde attended my call very well and communicated with the relevant people at Standard Bank and came back to me with the relevant information. I was very pleased with her prompt response in all our conversations and the way she handled my complaint was so professional I felt valued as a client. I got a refund the following day, so soon I didn’t expect it to be as soon as that.
