Car insurance

Standardbank insurance is a circus, it frustrates a person, since I claimed on 02 of December 2018,they do not have the decency to call and inform about the procedures and as to how long will the process take, on the 12 of December 2018 I laid a complain, 'take note that they said they resolve complain within 24hours', I was called today'03 January 2019' to find out about the complain, this is extremely bad customer service, I won't ever advice anyone to join this insurance..
