car claim TUP/2023/330347for dents and scratches not attended or ignored

I have claimed for scrathes of one of insured car since Dec 2022 and reclaim again from Oct 2023 no assistance instead they sent email stating that the claim is closed ,how without any help kindly please intervene hello peter
