Car claim

November heavy rain damaged my car whereby water got inside the car due to clogged sunroof pipes. My claim got rejected due to gradual deterioration which occurred over a period of time and not from one event. I app**** for it to be reviewed and it still got rejected.

To add salt to the wound my premiums have been increased due the claim that they rejected. I'll now be paying over R2800.00 as of March.
