car accident

<p>I was in an accident on sunday the 7th of may 2017 and my car was towed. on monday morning i called and register my accident claim and i was told that the accesor will call me within 48 hours. After 48 hours I emailed Phumzile Ngcombela the accesor and i explain to Phumzile that i was given his email address by std bank insurance that he will be the accesor for my car, he responded and say yes he is my accesor. I have been calling std bank insurance for the past two weeks and they told me Im not suppose to call them because the person i suppose to communicate with regarding my car is Phumzile, I asked for his contact details they refused to give me his contact and the only means of communication i have is email.</p> <p>I havent heard from him for the past two weeks and when i call the insurance they always say he will contact me, don't no what to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help.</p>
