Can't even give proper service once a claim is registered

I honestly do not think anybody should even consider Standard Bank Insurance!!! It has been 3 weeks...our geyser is still out of order...nobody have even phoned us since the claim was logged. Lindie at the call center can't help me either. Our second claim is also just hanging probably for another 3 weeks as they have 25 days lead time on such claims....I am really not impressed at all with them!! The word Pathetic is not really describing Standard Bank Insurance.!!
