CAN'T CANCEL AT STANDARD BANK INSURANCE

I have been a loyal customer at Standard Bank Insurance Brokers for years.

I sold my vehicle and had a nightmare to get hold of them on the phone in order to cancel the premium. the call will go on for 45 minutes with no one answering.

Eventually the only method possible was by email and I did the following:

On 5 April 2023 I requested to have a particular vehicle cancelled from my policy but my request has fallen on deaf ears. They still deduct the total premium monthly from my account.

I'm beyond annoyed! Do I need to close down my account with Standard Bank in order to stop them debiting my account each month?
