Cant access account

<p>Good Day</p> <p>At the point of closing everything at this institution as they keep disapointing,Has problems with my account,kept saying unauthorized access.Phoned customer care,they said everything was fine i need to go to a branch.Went to the branch in Sasolburg and they suggested i open another account and then transfer some of the funds into that account but keep some in original account for debit orders etc. I did that and now i see that that "broken" account has no balance on my cellphone banking,went to atm as well and no balance????? What happened to my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need it fixed or i will just close everything and go to a bank that can actually provide a service. </p>
