Cancelled policy still debited and unknown Std b. deduction

<p>I have cancelled a bond protection plan before the first debit order via phone and email as requested, still the deduction was made off my account. <br /><br />I contacted standard bank regarding an unknown deduction from my account, also stating life cover, basically 2 deductions, same month for the same thing. They could not tell me where the deduction came from but its clear its a standard bank deduction. I was told sorry, you have to go to the branch. Why must I now waste my time and money to sort out a standard bank error? <br /><br />Standard bank is currently owing me money for 2 seperate deductions. </p>
