CANCELLATION OF POLICIES

I want to cancel policies HLB*** and HLB*** with Standard Bank. Despite giving them all the information, they want to "invesrtigate" the matter. There is NOTHING to investigate! I need confirmation that these policies have been cancelled. All documentation for replacing this insurance is already in place with Discovery.
