Cancellation Notice being ignored
I gave 30 day notice on the 23rd of June to cancel our home loan insurance and provided proof of the new home insurance effective on 23 July 2017. Standard Bank Insurance is however still charging insurance to my home loan. I sent a another email to them on 7 September to query this, but I am not receiving a response.
