Cancelation of home insurance

Good day,

We have been trying to cancel standard bank home insurance for the past year or so and are always told to sent relevant documents, to which I do but there is still no resolution. We have taken a new policy with OUTsurance and really cannot pay for both insurances. Standard has treated us with poor services in the past.We call and wait for hours on end and are sent from pillar to post.
