Cancel the policy and reverse the debit orders.

I called the standard bank funeral call center to cancel my funeral cover because it was expensive with lower benefits. The lady advice me to take the cheaper policy and she promised to cancel the older policy in June 2024. Till today the policy is not cancel and they debit every month for two policies but everytime when I call standard bank they promised to cancel .
