Cancel my insurance please

Hi, i wrote a review about how my premiums went up and i wasn't notified i tried to call and i was told they will tell the insurance department to call me but never happened, i wrote a review here even mentioned that i should be contacted on my landline cause my phone isnt properly working at the moment but that never happened. instead i get debited twice cause i refused to pay until the R1800 is justified but instead they debit me twice yet if i were to claim during the unpaid month i will get told claim is rejected cause i didn't pay so why debit twice month end for the previous month. anyways i tried calling and sent an email chances are they will just ignore me as usual so please online team kindly convey the message i want my insurance cancelled
