Can someone please answer the phones!!!

<p>I have been trying to get through to the claims division on the number you provided ***. </p> <p>Day 1 - yesterday - I finally gave up after holding for 31 minutes !!!!!</p> <p>Day 2- today- I finally gave up after holding for 47 minutes !!!!!!</p> <p>Come on now. This is unacceptable. does the number even work ????? because such waiting times are unacceptable. Meanwhile I am stuck with a bashed up car. </p> <p>Tell us what is going on please! Three months after switching to you guys and I am really disappointed. not the service one would expect from a so called "moving forward" business </p>
