I am highly disappointed with the service I have recieved from Standard Bank. I have requested for my query to be resolved since last week Wednesday snd till Today no one has give me a call. I have been DM's via LinkedIn promising me assistance to non, my policy has been cancelled but they don;t want to refund me. I am so disgusted by the poor service, I went into the Maponya Branch last week, you wait for an hour for a teller to assist you, I tried calling and wasted R200 worth of my airtime holding on for an agent. I regret changing my bank to you guys, the service is so poor, I am shocked. CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY REFUND!!!!!
