Burst pipe unresolved claim since 10 April 2020

The worst and pathetic Insurance company ever. Std bank Insurance does not care about their clients. Not answering to emails since April and not answering calls. Had a burst pipe on the 10th April 2020, first claim ever. Bath tub removed 5 days after and put back without tiles and bricks posing a danger to the family and bathroom cannot be used since April. After numerous complaints they sent a contractor to do a quotation on the 29 April. To date they have not approved the quotation, not answering calls and not responding to my emails and the contractor's emails. The water was all over the house, damaged wooden tiles and bathroom cabinet. No contractor has been appointed for a quotation on this to date.
