BURST PIPE UNDER MY HOUSE, STANDARD BANK REJECTING AS PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS!!!

Here I am again after my last complaint in August last year. After I complained on Hello Peter, I was told that my claim is valid and that an Assessor and Engineer is busy with the report and will get back to me. This was just to keep me quiet because after months and months of complaining and not getting feedback from Standard Bank, note that this claim is 10 months old, I got a call three weeks ago from the consultant stating that the claim has been rejected due to "pre-existing conditions" Take note that numerous assessors and engineers was sent to my property to assess the damage, a leak detector confirmed that there is a leak under my house and the previous engineer confirmed that it is possible that the burst pipe have caused the damages to my floors and walls. They sent a new engineer after 5 months of the previous engineers visit, not sure if they decided after 5 months that the previous engineers findings was not conducive. But my argument still remains, if Standard Bank is claiming that the burst pipe leading from the municipalities meter under my house is pre-existing conditions, means that I bought this house with the leak under the house, a house that their assessors came to assess, they financed and insured it.

Nevertheless, I have requested the rejection letter as well as the reports from all assessors and both engineers, so I can take the matter up with the ombudsman. To date, I have still not received any of the requested, let alone the rejection letter

This claim is now 10 months old and we have been without water for 10 months. This is ridiculous and inhumane and very dangerous to the health of my family

Can someone please refer me to a property lawyer or some legal person that can assist me in this matter
