Burst Geyser

When our geyser burst, Standard Bank could not find a plumber, leaving us without hot water for several days.

They eventually gave me permission to use my own contractor. No confirmation of how much they would cover despite me querying it.

Now, a week later, they're offering to pay R12k of a R20k claim.

Unacceptable.
