<p>Dear Sir/Madam</p> <p>My mother, Mrs Jennifer Julia Gordon, is a 70 year old widow who has lost her husband in January 2016 and to date due to a discrepany with regards to document (BI 1663 Certificate - Notice of Death which she still awaits from Wynberg Home Affairs), has still not received a payout for her husbands funeral.
