Bunch of ****** be careful of Standard Bank Insurance

I had an accident on 16 August 2023 where a lady bumped into my vehicle and drove away from the scene, I managed to chase the lady and block her off. She admitted to her mistake and said she will sort out the damages. The lady was insured with Standard bank and gave me all the details to claim for liability. I have contacted the legal department of Standard bank insurance and provided all the documents that was requested.

They than came back to me and said they will not pay out after they client accepted fault and even drove away from the scene because the accident was caused by an emergency.

So according to the Standard Bank insurance legal team if they client has an emergency and causes an accident they will liable for third party damages. They have left me with a R27 000 damage and said it is my problem and not their problem. I have requested for a rejection letter and to date Thabile Msomi has not sent me a letter.
