Building policy

After 2 days, R200 worth of airtime 3 people, transferred 5 times, hanging on for someone to answer for more then an hour can you please tell me how difficult it is to get a copy of a building policy.

I don't know if my brain is just to small to grasp this, pull the policy click forward, enter email, sent....

Now I have to put on Hello Peter platform as it seems then only do you get a response.

This is the last time I am asking I need a copy of my Policy for BUILDING INSURANCE to be emailed to me, if i don't get it today I am cancelling the policy.
