Building insurance - Resultant damage on the ceiling

Standard bank building insurance suck. i had a burst Geyser in February 2021 and the ceiling was damaged as the water was leaking through it. i have made several calls and only promised the division responsible for 'resultant damage' will call me back. am so tired of going through the call centre and explaining myself over and over with no solution. i have never missed any payment but the service am receiving from you recently is so bad... very low class.

please fix come and fix my ceiling.
