Building Insurance Cancellation

I have been trying cancel my building insurance and it appears all emails are being ignored. My new policy is to commence 1 Nov 23 and I've yet to receive confirmation of the cancellation. I'm based in Canada so emailing is unfortunately the only means of communication but SBSA service has decreased terribly over the years.
