Building insurance cancelation

I sent a email ore than 2 weeks ago canceling all my Building insurances with the Bank. I am yet waiting for assistance. When l call the call center my call is wither getting dropped or l get transferred to Motor Vehicle insurance. I have asked for a direct line, but they couldn't give it to me. Can someone urgently respond to my query please as December should have been the last month
