Building claim

I am so dissatisfied with the service I’ve been getting from Standard bank insurance I have been trying to lodge a claim for the past 2 months now and I have gotten no response from them the situation with my Building keeps getting worse yet I keep paying my premiums monthly I have tried all options however still no luck I am so disappointed ☹️
