Building almost collapsing and STD insurance is not concerned

I am really disappointed that I am yet to receive feedback on my complain regarding this claim number18/031083, which was posted on your site weeks ago. My main complain what why do I have to pay two accesses for one claim because you give jobs to two different companies. If this second access cannot be cancelled then cancel MCprojects from coming to fix the roof as it is unnecessary for me to have to pay two access on one claim. It is unheard off. Why should I have to pay for your inefficiencies.

Also my claim on claim number 17/094291 was rejected without any reason or explanations whatsoever. This building insurance is not helping me in any way as the building is almost collapsing due to cracks and you reject the claim. So maybe then you will restore the building once it has fallen to the ground. because that is exactly where it is going. One more company that doesn't heed the needs of their clients. You first wait for a tragedy and then you will be apologizing going tv once people have died to apologize, sadly that would be too late...The reason for the cracks is no fault of mine, the soil the house was built on, is no fault of mine. I am paying the insurance monthly and the house needs maintenance as the walls have cracked terribly and you reject the quote and do not even have the decency to explain to me why I am paying building insurance when the building is actually not insured, as shown by your rejection of the claim. If I had caused damage to it myself I would understand the rejection but this was no fault of mine.

I am really unhappy with STDbank insurance service. It is really said for me that I have to keep paying for an insurance that really is unhelpful. I can’t wait for a time when I never have to deal with you people, you really are unhelpful.
