Broken promises the new Standard

From the comments below it seems 3 weeks or more is the new standard....Dispite proving all the requested info as well as the payment confirmation, I was told all will be settled the next day. Well the next day is now going to 3 weeks. When I called, I was told my claim was never submitted for Authorisation. There has never and I mean never been a issue with my payments,all I was is the same respect....
