Break-in/Theft Damage - Bad workmanship from Contractor through Standard Bank

We had a break-in at my house. We reported it to the Police who were quick and efficient. I logged my claim with Standard Bank Home Owner Insurance for fixing of the outbuilding and garage doors. They allocated Zakhele Investments. From the start I had problems. Approximately 4 weeks after the break-in occured, and numerous phone calls to Standard Bank, Zakhele Investments came to fix (try) the doors. The outbuilding door was changed, although it came out skew. The garage door was another problem. After a day's work, the door the bought was too small. They said they will order the correct door and will come back. Not a word again. I phoned Standard bank again and they ordered Zakhele to fix the door. Eventually Zakhele came 2 hours late after appointment, after 6 hours struggling with the garage door, the door is in. Not very secure but in. Then, the supervisor confessed that the door cannot lock. He did not know what to do anymore. They used a grinder to grind holes for the lock arms of the door but not even this helped. The door does not want to lock. They left. Since then I reported this to Standard Bank and the management of Zakhele Investments. Standard bank tried a little. Phoned me back with a report that the owner of Zakhele Investments will contact me. I emailed them photo's of what the door looks like, a lady at Zakhele, Cleo confirmed telephonically that this is terrible and bad workmanship. No word from anybody again. I need somebody to fix this. This is now a bigger risk.
