1.No common courtesy or whatsoever of calling to share proper feedback till today (TCF down the drain). 2.Logged claim (June 2025) for geyser not heating up - Supplier appointed advised geyser has burst (It was electrical issue but SP says geyser has burst - Standard bank & suppliers keeps on wanting to rip us off). 3.Appointed own electrician to inspect the geyser - Guess what, there was no power to the geyser hence it was not heating up. Issue resolved. Again, bogus & unreliable supplier that could not establish that there was no power and just wanted to replace the geyser (Almost got ********** again by standard bank supplier). NB: Appoint supplier to verify that the geyser is working (There is no trust between me and you guys) 4.My claim in 2022, Geyser replaced by standard bank supplier (Tshadekwa Legacy - 468 Senator Road - Wychwood Germiston ERS - *** / *** / *** who are associated with standard bank came out to inspect the geyser, the same supplier was used but now they replaced the geyser with an old one (another banger). I was advised that the supplier does not work with standard bank however the supplier confirmed that they do get standard bank jobs, what a coincidence. Why would we appoint a supplier from Germiston (68 Senator Road, Wychwood) there are suppliers in our area (Cosmo City)? Requested for call recordings when claim was logged in 2022 up until the supplier was appointed - Still waiting for over two weeks (What are you hiding Standard Bank)
