Blocked Drains

I have logged same query 4 if not 5 times in the past 3months & more, below is the query. The problem is about blocked drains, each time I log a call they send a plumber who fix temporarily as after a week the same problem occurs. Again on the 2-January I logged a claim explained to the consultant what the problem is, she checked with the record of the past logged queries which she said she will explain to the plumbers, I also explained to her can they perhaps send plumbers that will do proper camera inspection and check what is the cause for the drains to be blocked every week. The problem is that no one is willing to assist and attend to the problem. It has become even worse as running water causing sewer run the yard. This is a matter of urgent as we cannot be affected by unhygienic. Perhaps if this is escalated to the banks omdudsman.
