Bike theft by Standard Bank Insurance Brokers.

Had a bicycle ******; I was treated like I was the *****... they wanted access to all my call records for the entire day of the theft. I was told they were going to call each and everyone to ask them what I spoke to them about... my phone is a work phone, told them they couldn't do this, they told me if I didn't give them access to this information they weren't going to pay. I was not going to give them access, so my claim was ignored.... Give this company a wide berth when looking for short-term insurance. Never ever again!
