Beyond SHOCKING service from Standard Bank

15 days i experienced very bad hail damage and i have water pouring through my roof. I have called them numerous times daily and i'm making no progress. I have had to move out of my bedroom and i have COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary decease) for which i am on chronic medication and the wet damaged ceiling is further affecting my breathing. This is what i get for paying just over R1400 a month!
