beyond shocking service, for the lack of a better word

<p>yesterday was 2 weeks since the incident. if i want feedback i need to call in . no one acknowleges emails to the point where i asked the consultant is it common practice for no one to call me or send me an email with feedback and she said no, but thats what im getting. after calling her last week she said she was struggling to get ahold of the police, i gave her the number for the police, 2 mins later she calls me to say she received my documents. now did she even call the police? that must have a short call. then i got an email saying my claim is being validated, and that was the last i heard from her or the broker. it is shocking service really. its so scary just to think that i also have my vehicle insured there. i wounder how long would they take to process a claim God forbid if i had an accident. i am shocked beyond words. absolutely shocked</p>
