Bery very bad service from Standardbank Insurance

I am simply not getting any feedback on a complaint I have lodged on a long outstanding claim (ref.no starting with 22/****). The operators simply tell you that they will escalate the call to management or they will get the person dealing with the claim to call me back. This just don’t happen…. Its a brick wall you running into. Me (and my companies) have been clients at Standardbank for more than a decade! I just had enough of false promises and will take my business elsewhere.
