Ill keep this sort as they don't even deserve this time for the review. I was double insured for my one property, I was told by Bettersure I can get a refund from both companies, half of my all my installments by both companies. Bettersure was a struggle at first but if it wasn't for them I would not have known about a refund. They canceled about a month and a half later. Its now the 4th month and Standard bank is stating they need a very specific document from Bettersure to refund with both the start and canceled date on one document. I did provide them with my policy document and my cancelation letter both these documents have the needed dates. Yet its not enough. I have most probably send 50 emails as a private banking client to get this resolved and their last email to me was unfortunately we can't process the refund with these documents. I have even sent an email with all the relevant parties involved for them to arrange the details behind the scenes but still there is very little to no effort. I will be canceling my insurance and also private banking later this year. I am done with this company. Private banking is useless. Their insurance is twice as expensive. Below Standard Banking should be your Motto
