Below Standard banking by standard bank! Sies!

This is a second complain in two weeks and my funeral insurance claim still hasn't been paid nor and communication from this company (Standard bank) this is sad and so so unprofessional.. more then 4 hours of airtime with zero to show for it! Why do we even take up such insurance covers with this company?? We even buried my Mother and zero assistant from this company (Standard bank) and yet yesterday they still busy deputing premiums, what a joke! Not even your own branch's can get hold of your funeral cover department! Oh I've been to the branches. What the hell is going on?? Where is my policy assistance/benefit?? I demand my claim to be settled.. claimed via mall@lebo lebowakgomo branch from the 24th June 2021 and now still nothing, no ref, no communication, nothing, so much for 48 hours pay out! Sies!
