Believe the promises at your own peril

They say insurance is a must have. Tye other side of the coin is that when you need to submit a claim then you come to realise all the promises by sales person and policy is far removed for reality. Standard Bank changed my risk address without any approval and continue to refuse to give me the details of the change. I have stayed in my current house (insured by Standard Bank Insurance) for more than 15 years. The Standard Bank Insurance changed the risk address without my knowledge. This was identified when I submitted claim for storm damages. Thats where the nightmare started.
