Being treated like ****

I reported a door damage incident on the 23/10.I requested for someone to come out the same day due to the door not closing and can't be locked. I received a call from CJ CONSTRUCTION who advised they will come out the next day to assist I made it clear due to security reasons that I need someone to assist that day I were promised that he will contact them do a referral to get a different contractor out. 23rd Monday passed no communication Tuesday 24th passed no communication after explaining the Security Situation that's at risk.Today the 25th I now need to go and look for assistance out of my own to get this problem solved I have a 12 year 8 year and 5 year old imagine the trauma at night when you need to tie your door with a rope.To this Company I would like to express you have no Sympathy no Remorse no Respect My Request to you please Don't Apoligise Don't Contact me to offer assistance Just treat me like you treated me since Monday That will be treating me like ****
