********* behaviour?

Background - we just transferred our Home Loan to Std Bank. During the process we informed Std Bank's transferring Attorneys we already had building insurance and they asked for proof as they could not proceed without it. This was given to them. This morning we received 3 emails, all relating to our new Std Bank Insurance policy. I immediately rep**** requesting the cancellation of this policy. However, I'm posting this here because I believe this is ********* behaviour. Adding extra costs to someone's home loan when they did not request it, and supp**** proof of existing insurance with Std Bank's interested noted on the document. Now I have to actively try and cancel a policy I neither requested or needed. Can this policy please be cancelled with immediate effect, and ensure that no fees or interest is added to our home loan account, and if any it needs to be reversed.
