Been waiting over 6 months for a reply
1. We lodged a claim 6 months ago and were told our corrugated roof has defects. After various e-mails and phone calls stating that we actually have a tiled roof; nothing has been resolved.
2. We have been trying to lodge a claim for the past week, after holding for hours and waiting for call backs we are not one step closer.
3. The serious disrespect and lack of customer satisfaction is beyond comprehension.
