Bathroom Repairs

We had a leak in our bathroom last year, standard bank insurance sent us a leak detection expert they found the leak they broke tiles and wall and fixed the leak.

While fixing the leak the leak detection company broke our basin and floor tile. Standard Bank Insurance then told us they will only pay for the 4 tiles they broke because theres a clause in the policy now for almost a year we still have a hole in our bathroom, because we cant get the tiles.

On top of that they offered us a small amount and are taking a second excess fee when we already paid one.
