Bank consultant gives deals but when there's an error u must know phne and talk to the broker them selfs

Hi so I went to the bank for a card consultan says she sees Ian still young and paying so much for funeral cover they have a better deal for me then take the better deal she says she will stop the old one ND open the new one me I open for me ND my son my mother seperate she then says if the deduct on both policies I must just come in to reverse the old then they deduct to 2 months both policies okay I went back to reverse new consultan different story now she tells me I must phne them and ask them why the old policy did stop because according to her it may take a month for them to sort out matters any way half an hour later on the phne no consultan picks the phone up from insurance company now what I like to know is why must I pay for something I wil no longer use so my money just gone.they can start deducting in 2 days but take a month to stop deducting
