Bad TAT

I have registered a breakin claim yesterday at 8am. I was advise someone will call me to replace my window as this is an emergency. No one called me, yesterday we had a heavy rain and my car is full of water. I’m not so sure this how you treat all your glass/ window claim. My car is not safe at all ℹ constantly have to wake up and check if no one is tempering with it.
