Bad Standard Bank Insurance service

In February 2023, we submitted a claim for a fallen wall/fence due to heavy rain and wind. Standard Bank Insurance sent an assessor and their report said that the wall was built with no brick force. We request a review on this report because when the house was insured all was fine with no report on the fault that is now found on the wall. I had to pay for repairs from my pocket while I'm am paying for a house insurance. I wish someone can assist 😪
