BAD SERVICR

Can you please get someone to contact me i tried again phoning in butno one can help me they keep on saying thay will call me back its been 2 weeks now that my car and home is still on the old address if something does happends to my stuff i will defintialy keep stadand bank relaible for this actions. On Thursay i have spoken to the call centre again and they told me to make contact with a person named Lucia *** and when i called her she said that the call centre should have helped me with updating my new address and then she told me that she will ask the Call cente to ring me back witch never happened so what now?your call sentre services sucks
